Carol Anderson, EdD, Associate Professor Vice President of Academic Affairs EdD, Adult Education, Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, FL MA, Industrial & Personnel Psychology, Bridgewater State College, Bridgewater, MA BA, Psychology, Bridgewater State College, Bridgewater, MA Carol Anderson came to NECF from a rich background in higher education. She has held several progressively higher administrative positions as well as has taught in the disciplines of Psychology and Management at NECF and Bridgewater State College. She has also worked with regulatory issues at the college level, establishing policies, procedures and processes to address areas of compliance and accreditation. Prior to her tenure at NECF, Carol was the Director of Compliance for Gibbs College in New Jersey where she also worked to prepared and submit new and revised Associate Degree programs to State and accreditation agencies. As Director of Education at the International Academy of Design & Technology in Las Vegas, NV, Carol established the Education Department to support Associate and Bachelor Degree programs in several disciplines at the Academy. She also oversaw curriculum development and prepared for and received national accreditations for all programs from the Accreditation Council of Independent Colleges and Schools. Carol is also a certified trainer and consultant. She holds several certifications from the State of Massachusetts in the areas of Title IV funding and Compliance. |
