Penny Anne Harrington, Associate Professor M.Ed., Counseling, Psychology & Education, Boston College Chestnut Hill, MA BS, Business Education, Salem State College Salem, MA Penny Harrington is a Senior Learning and Organizational Development Manager for Fresenius Medical Care North America in Waltham, Massachusetts, where she designs and delivers management development programs and coaches and consults with line managers on employee productivity and effectiveness. Prior to her employment at Fresenius Medical Care, Penny was the Training & Marketing Officer at the former Federal Savings Bank and Director of Training at The Cooperative Bank. She was also a Training Specialist at BankBoston’s corporate training center. Since 1987, Ms. Harrington has been an associate professor for the New England College of Finance teaching and is also an adjunct faculty at Boston College. She was an adjunct faculty at Bentley College twice receiving the “High Five” Award for excellence in teaching. She is a member of American Society for Training and Development and Boston Area Chapter Association of Psychological Type. |
