Sandra Owen, Associate Professor Mutual Funds & Investments Concentration Coordinator BA, Business, Eastern Nazarene College, Quincy, MA ASBA, New England Banking Institute, Boston, MA Sandie Owen is the president of Wellington Group Inc., a Massachusetts consulting firm that specializes in training to the financial services industry. She utilizes her 30 years of bank management, leadership and consulting experience to assist financial institution executives and independent corporations in matters ranging from curriculum development, utilizing effective case method, to leading effective training programs. During her career, Sandie has held several positions in financial services, including Vice President of Retail, Pension Officer, Business Development Officer and Life Insurance Manager. Eighteen years ago her vision of a greatly expanded financial system beyond the realm of her former experience and desire to embark upon consulting led to the creation of Wellington Group. She is recently credited with developing curriculum for The Financial Services Academy, one of the 10th largest financial service providers in the country and The Ministry of Education in Bermuda. |
