Christopher Weir, EdD, Professor Dean of Business & Finance and Business & Finance Program Chair EdD, Educational Planning & Development (Administration), Boston University, Boston, MA MA, Organizational Communication, Emerson College, Boston, MA BA, Duke University, Durham, NC Chris Weir has extensive experience in adult and professional education, distance learning and academic assessment. He has been Associate Dean of Continuing Education at Emerson College as well as Dean of the School of Business at Harcourt Higher Education’s Online College, the first totally online college licensed by the state of Massachusetts. Chris has acted as Dean Ad Interim for course development for an international consortium of universities and has led a three-year project in curriculum, program and course assessment at Brandeis University. His focus at Brandeis is on learning outcomes as the basis for content development and assessment. He also teaches part time at Northeastern University. |
