A student who has a grievance must first see the appropriate faculty or staff member with whom the complaint lies. If a viable solution is not reached on the part of the student and faculty or staff member, the student may seek the aid of the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs. If a solution cannot be found, the student has ten days to file a complaint in writing with the Vice President for Academic Affairs if prior recourse has not been to the student´s satisfaction. A special meeting of an ad hoc student grievance committee may be called.
