Termination

NECF reserves the right to dismiss a student for any of the following reasons: failure to maintain satisfactory academic progress, failure to pay school fees and/or tuition by applicable deadlines, disruptive behavior, posing a danger to the health or welfare of students or other members of the NECF community, or failure to comply with the policies and procedures of NECF, failure to notify the college of absenteeism in excess of 21 days. Any unpaid balance for tuition, fees and supplies becomes due and payable immediately upon a student´s dismissal from the school.

Any student who is terminated from his or her program of study at New England College of Finance for violating this Personal Conduct section may petition the Vice President for Academic Affairs, in writing, for readmission into a program of study, but not before the next quarter that the course(s) that the student would take upon reentry into the program of study is (are) offered by New England College of Finance. The determination of whether to readmit the student will be based on the student´s written petition, will be made by New England College of Finance, and will be final and binding on the student.
