Unlawful Harassment

NECF is committed to the policy that all members of the school´s community, including its faculty, students, and staff, have the right to be free from sexual harassment by any other member of the school´s community. Should a student feel that he/she has been sexually harassed, the student should immediately inform the President and/or the Vice President of Academic Affairs.

Sexual harassment refers to, among other things, sexual conduct that is unwelcome, offensive, or undesirable to the recipient, including unwanted sexual advances.

All students and employees must be allowed to work and study in an environment free from unsolicited and unwelcome sexual overtures and advances. Unlawful sexual harassment will not be tolerated.
