What is the benefit to our organization of becoming a "Member" of NECF?

A more skilled and more loyal workforce. NECF provides high-quality, industry-focused education for your employees, making them more capable and strengthening your organization. Offering NECF as an employee benefit can be a crucial factor in attracting and retaining the employees that you want. Click here to see a full description of the Membership benefits.

How does our being a "Member" impact our employees?

Employees of Member companies receive significant discounts on NECF tuition for college courses. Students coming from Member companies work with our friendly advisors to assist with any questions related to NECF programs.

How will my company be invoiced for the cost of tuition for our employees?

Member companies can set up direct invoicing with NECF. NECF can send a single invoice for all of your employee´s tuition each term. This flexibility allows tuition reimbursement/HR departments to cut one check for the cost of all employee tuition instead of one for every student. Because it eliminates an employee paying out-of-pocket, you are likely to find this method can be a strong incentive for taking on the challenge of additional education.

Will NECF help us get the word out to our employees?

Yes. We believe strongly that NECF is a win-win for both organizations and employees, and we assist you in the communication of this unique benefit in several ways: marketing materials, student advising, visits from our marketing/admissions representatives, NECFOnline course demonstrations, and custom programs. NECF is willing to work with your company to give you the best service possible.

What makes NECF different from other educators?

First, we began nearly 100 years ago as an educator for financial institutions, and we have kept that focus through all the changes in financial services. It is what we know, we know it better than anyone, and the financial services industry has our full commitment. Second, we understand how to successfully educate and train students in the often-challenging area of financial services organizations. Our courses are accessible, affordable, relevant and along with our instructors, are focused on the industry´s needs.
